The Unico System
Unico offers an outstanding high velocity, mini-duct system that provides superior comfort over traditional HVAC systems by eliminating drafts and removing 30% more relative humidity. This same system can deliver up to 4 times the efficiency, taking less than 1/4 of the space than a traditional system.
Even temperatures: From floor to ceiling, wall to wall, and floor to floor, the temperature differential is no greater than 2 degrees from where you set the thermostat.
