The Unico System takes less than 1/4 of the space than a traditional system. It can deliver up to 12 tons of air conditioning in the same space as a 3-ton traditional system.
The modular air handlers and coils can be easily installed into attics, ceilings, crawlspaces, and closets.
The flexible small ducting can be routed through existing ceiling, floor, and wall cavities. This eliminates the need
for unsightly and noisy metal ductwork.
A great retro-fit, it matches any decor. Small ducts allow for more head room in the basement.
The air handler isolates noise and vibration. Each module is insulated so the unit
itself is quiet.
Supply
tubes are lined with sound-dampening, spun-bond nylon to deliver draft-free heating and cooling.
Air is delivered quietly and seamlessly into the room using
2-inch outlets or an 8" x 3/4" slotted diffuser (instead of a large square grill).
Unico System cooling coils are twice as thick as traditional HVAC cooling coils. The air moves through the coils more slowly, allowing the hot air from the space to stay on the super-cold Unico System cooling coil longer. This results in up to 30% less humidity.
Central cooling unit can also be used with electrical strip heaters, forced hot water, and heat pumps.

The Unico System delivers superior comfort over traditional HVAC systems by eliminating drafts and removing 30% more relative humidity.
When a conventional system operates, it dumps air into the room (picture above left), creating up to a 6-degree difference in temperature across the conditioned space.
The Unico System operates through an air principle called aspiration. When Unico System air enters a room (picture above right), it creates a gentle suction around itself that draws the room air into its stream of air. Aspiration creates an even, draft-free environment. From floor to ceiling, wall to wall, and floor to floor, temperature differential is no greater than 2 degrees from where you set the thermostat.
